I had to start from scratch, from the absences; and then with the basic neurolinguistic morphemes of Lines, Globes, and Codes I had a simple toolkit for a personal form of psychic cartography by which I could map the new Medial landscapes that have blown up around us since the end of the 20th Century and trace various semiotic objects vaporized by Digitization and Telematics.
